Building Overview
Building Report
Review Summary for 287 Mcguinness Boulevard
Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on openigloo.
Recent tenant reviews highlight the building’s central location, modern cleanliness, and appealing amenities like in-unit W/D. However, concerns arise regarding pest issues, unresponsive owners, and intermittent management changes affecting maintenance. Some residents faced significant challenges like rodent infestations, flooding, and unprofessional management. While some approve the owner's responsiveness, others were dissatisfied with maintenance and security lapses. Despite mixed opinions, the building's proximity to transit and pleasant neighborhood are noted as positives, though improvements in communication and maintenance are suggested for long-term viability.
