    Horrible but Large

    Pros:
    Huge space for NY in particular
    Cons:
    -Mushrooms we’re legitimately growing out of the wall, when we reported that instead of dealing with the very clear mold problem they cut off the mushrooms and painted over the mold which led to more mushrooms growing.
    -Water pressure was terrible I had to buy a hose to attach to the sink to get water in my shower
    -Roaches
    -Had a squatter living in the basement
