kinda a mess

Pros:
good location, the layout of the apartments are nice and large, good neighbours
Cons:
there has been a vacate order on the building for 3 months due to a decrease shed and my balcony collapsing. the landlord refuses to take any steps to resolve the issue and we currently cannot get in tough with management. as well, the heat is super expensive like minimum $500 per month in the winter. it is not worth it to live here!
