    Stinky Building, quiet neighbors

    Pros:
    Quiet Neighbors
    Garbage is routinely taken to the curb
    Cons:
    Some neighbors are gross and leave food in the halls/staircase
    Building always smells in the hall
    Management is rude
    Advice to owner:
    Dont offer net pay if you will not honor the agreement at resigning
