    Decent Apartment Building
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Conveniently located, fairly responsive management, and functional amenities
    Cons:
    the gym was not cleaned, the trash services no longer include recycling, and the area is very loud and often not the cleanest
    Advice to owner:
    maintain the gym better
