Newly Built, Just Small

Pros

Newly built building so there were no pest problems. There is laundry in building, rooftop access, and access to a security camera.

Cons

The units and bedrooms are really small. The walls are really thin, so you could hear your neighbor playing their music and sometimes their conversations.
