Nice looking building but not built to last
Pros
Beautiful apartments, great rooftop, central AC that worked consistently, never had any major problems with pests.
Cons
Not built to last - we were the first renters and the ceiling started caving at the end of the second year o. the lease. Lots of noise from the community center directly downstairs in the backyard. Had issues with hot water and water pressure and the building management was rude and/or unresponsive and did not address them in a timely manner.
Advice to the owners
Be more responsive with building maintenance
