New building, needs some work

Pros

New building with all new facilities, and a fairly responsive super

Cons

The terrace, although with a nice view, was bare. We were told to expect a fully set up grass lawn on the terrace, but that never happened through our stay.

Advice to the owners

I think the rent is a bit steep, considering the building facilities like the bike room, terrace, etc. are still in a bare state. Please improve the facilities soon.

Solid Apartment Building in trendy east Wburg

Pros

- Great location near Montrose L Stop - Units are decently noise insulated from street noise - Units in good condition - Rooftop where you can throw parties - Nice neighbors

Cons

- HUGE increases in rent at end of lease. My rent went from $3700 to $4200 and then didn't renew. They got $4800 for it from new tenants lol
