Rental building that feels like home
Former Tenant
Pros:
15 Bridge Park Dr is a wonderful place to live. The staff are kind, warm, and attentive. The doormen always help you with packages, and the super is extremely responsive and always going above and beyond to fix anything that might require repair in the apartment. The building has great amenities including a gym and rooftop with two grills. These amenities are always kept extremely clean. The apartments have plenty of natural light and are equipped with renovated kitchens and bathrooms.
Cons:
While it has many of the qualities of a full service building, it does not have a 24-hr doorman. The doorman arrives at 7am and leaves at 8pm. I have found this to be frustrating at times when I need to retrieve a package after hours or if I had ever been locked out of my apartment. Additionally, the apartments are accessed via an electronic key fob. These fobs run out of battery from time to time and need to be replenished by building staff. On one occasion I could not get into my apartment because of my fob’s depleted battery. Thankfully it was during the time the doorman was working, however it obviously would’ve presented real issues were they gone for the day.
Advice to owner:
Make the doorman 24-hrs and provide residents with the physical lock key to their units in addition to the electronic fob.
