Horrible Horrible Slumlords
Pros
No bugs. really thats the only positive.
Cons
Left construction debris everywhere. Non-responsive management let horrible noise conditions and animal cruelty persist on the property. Apartment looks nice but is not very roomy and falls apart easily - made with the cheapest garbage.
Advice to the owners
Deal with problems instead of ignoring them.

Stay away horrible landlords
Pros
No bugs but that’s it
Cons
Terrible landlords who won’t do a thing when there’s an issue. Horrible noise issues with other tenants. Issues with plumbing. You name it.
