Great building management! Awesome location but can be loud due to construction.
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great amenities and view of Manhattan. The building is very well managed. Excellent building concierge and maintenance services!
Cons:
The only downside is that major constructions are everywhere near the building. You might hear some heavy machinery here and there if you work from home.

Love this place - my favorite apartment in NYC
Former Tenant
Pros:
Love everything about this building - it's definitely the best place I've lived in NYC. Apartment is well maintained, maintenance is super fast if there is an issue, common areas are kept up and the best I've found in the city, everyone at the front desk is super nice, and the building is conveniently located... Especially if you like wandering around Domino Park, going out around Williamsburg, or going to the supermarket across the street during summer. Also, the views from this place are some of the best you'll get in NYC. Views of downtown Brooklyn all the way up to the UES. You will not be able to find a better view of the city.
Cons:
Amenities are not included in rent.
Advice to owner:
Recommend switching to full size recycling bins from the half size ones.

Best building in Williamsburg maybe all of NYC
Former Tenant
Pros:
The building is gorgeous, the apartments are stylish and kept up so well. But the roof- the roof is INSANE. It’s the best view around. There is a whole massive floor for socializing and the gym is very impressive. I feel insanely lucky to live here.
Cons:
It’s expensive! There is an amenity fee.

Great place to live
Former Tenant
Pros:
Building staff are super friendly and incredibly helpful. Great building parties even during covid they put on free paint and sip etc.
Cons:
The building is metal so when it rains on the metal frame around my windows the sound is very annoying. Also no handles on any cupboards means a lot of cleaning fingerprints off all the doors.
Advice to owner:
Keep doing what you are doing.

Great apartments, poor amenity pricing
Former Tenant
Pros:
The apartment quality is fantastic. No issues since moving in. In fact, when we toured the apartment and it wasn’t cleaned to when we moved in, the building did a fantastic job at cleaning and painting. It felt brand new! The front desk crew is top notch as well.
Cons:
It sucks the amenities cost extra.
Advice to owner:
Include cost of amenities, especially during COVID.
