Solid Williamsburg Studio, But Management is Declining
Pros
Fantastic Williamsburg location and a very clean building. The on-site team is the biggest highlight—the doormen and all other ground staff are absolutely wonderful and make living here a solid, great experience.
Cons
The overall living experience has gotten noticeably worse since rent stabilization ended. The recent building management takeover has negatively impacted the building, completely overshadowing the hard work of the on-the-ground staff.
Advice to the owners
Take a hard look at how the new management is operating, as the tenant experience is declining. Make sure you are valuing and taking care of your doormen and on-site staff, because they are currently the main reason this building remains a good place to live.
Amazing building, great location
Pros
Location is next to everything you'd want in Williamsburg but away from the craziness/noise. Super quiet.
Cons
The AC/heating units can be really loud. That's it though, everything else is great.
