A nice spot in Bed-Stuy!

Pros:
Great management who are very responsive whenever there have ever been any issues.
A clean, bright gym with all the basics, and no amenity fee.
Excellent water pressure in the waterfall showers.
Neighbors are generally courteous and, quiet enough, never any issues with loud noise.
Great balconies and furnished rooftop.
Herbert Von King Park around the corner is a great park, especially in the summer!
Nice wine store, couple of coffee shops around the corner, and a great grocery store right downstairs in the building with the nicest manager!

Washer / dryer room in basement is quite often left dirty and the cleaner only comes once a month.
The building is a bit of a far walk from the subway (right between 2 different G stops, about 10/12 mins to either, and about a 15 walk to the J).
The area in general is lacking lots of options for restaurants, bars, cafes in the immediate area. There’s a few options but not as much happening as in other neighborhoods in Brooklyn.

Solid building in bedstuy

Pros:
Quick maintenance response. People in the building are nice. Pet friendly.
Cons:
Occasional cockroaches. There's an auto shop on Dekalb that plays loud concerts every Saturday night until midnight. Common theft issues.
