Good building, bad management

Pros:
Good bones -- can't hear upstairs neighbors. Really high quality windows
Cons:
Laundry machines/dryers don't work, fungus gnat infestation in basement that wasn't addressed by management

Sweet place with a mice family

Pros:
relatively quiet, pretty clean
Cons:
we just had a mice family living with us, and no matter how many traps and pods we tried, they kept coming back. Also the shared washer/dryer in the basement was nasty so we ended up walking to laundromats : )
