Pros:
Clean, quiet, and nice modern apartment
Cons:
Heat is not provided, you have to use central unit so your electricity will be costly in the winter. Also there's individual water boilers in each apartment so you'd have 15 mins of hot water then it runs out for about 30 mins. There's also small traces of mold in the bathroom. I also didn't receive my security deposit after several months of moving out (which is illegal). I had to constantly reach out to management for my money back until I received it.
Advice to owner:
Stop being cheap with the hot water and you need to give tenants their security deposit within 30 days.

Pros:
The place is beautiful, I had a back yard which was nice.
Cons:
The basement would flood every 3 months. It got so bad that mold started to grow on everything, my clothes, bed, shoes. I had to throw EVERYTHING out a buy new things. The landlord, didn’t always get back to me in a timely matter bc of the Jewish holidays etc. So I had to learn how to live in a flooded basement for 4-7 days at a time. It affect my health etc. breathing in the mold is not recommended.
Advice to owner:
Just do better. The cost of living there was too high to experience what I had experienced.
