Idk about the other apartments but 3A is a 2 bedroom apartment and the big bedroom can fit a king size bed. So yes, a queen bed will fit.

Close to train, close to grocery stores, helpful super
LOUD neighbors and THIN walls. can only reach management 3-4 days of the week, laundry room facilities break down frequently. Neighbors are not clean and will trash hallways and elevators when hosting
Be more responsive and proactive
The amenities are a huge plus. The cleaners are nice. You can put requests in through the work portal which is usually efficient.
The walls are thinnnn. Sometimes I can hear the hallway all the way from my room.
Rodents, pest, mold, inadequate heat or hot water, defective building parts
Smoke detector issues, inadequate lighting, no lighting for stairways
No peephole on a door, no street number on the building, unlawful keeping of animals
