STAY AWAY: Terrible Management & Many Issues with Building

Pros:
Most (not all) things had decent finishes and a modern look. There is cleaning staff for common areas multiple days throughout the week. Kind and friendly super. Close to train station, but train isn't too loud. Has a rooftop.
Cons:
Building always smells funny. Floors are NOT leveled. Often can smell smoke from other apts. Washers/Dryers seem to break down often. You can hear elevator run from inside your apt and all your neighbors' convos. Worst part is the MANAGEMENT; they are unresponsive and try to provide cheap solutions so they don't have to spend money. Literally will not care if you are in a dire situation.... you'll have to wait until they open their office (late) on Monday.
Advice to owner:
ACTUALLY be available during operating hours and have people available ALL days of the week to answer PRESSING issues in the office. Abide by your company's slogan.

Sometimes noisy, neighborhood is not the best, J train can be very annoying, food options aren’t the best
