Its a new build

Pros:
Built in 2017, has the expected wear and tear. Includes Amazon locker and key based package room, along with in building laundry that works.
Cons:
Water pressure on the shower head isn’t great, the rooftop is kinda neglected.

Pretty with ugly personality

New, things generally well maintained.
Cons:
Getting simple repairs is slow, management is very hard to get hold of.
Advice to owner:
Be responsive to your tenants. Don’t take months to respond to simple asks.
