It's pretty okay

Pros

Close to transit, maintained within expectations, elevator hasn't had issues, in building laundry is nice, feels safe and comfortable renewing lease. Mini split system for heat/AC works in summer and winter.

Cons

Key fob system locks me out sometimes from package room or common space, rooftop furniture could be better maintained, laundry machines could use a deep clean once in a while
