Worst nightmare! Don’t move here!

Absolutely nothing at all. The worst.
Cons
When we moved in, the building was still under construccion, for months we had to fight to get basic things like hot water and gas (we never got gas becase the building didn’t have permit from NYC DOB) eventually we had to move out after being threaten by some guys who were sent by the landlord. We got the police and a lawyer involved only to find out Mr. Israel is a convicted criminal who has been doing this for years. Advice to the owners
Stop ripping off tenants, I can’t believe you are still renting properties
