Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on openigloo.
Recent reviews for 137 Bayard Street highlight its modern design, clean and well-maintained common areas, and appealing amenities like a rooftop deck, gym, and parking garage. The location near McCarren Park is appreciated, though some find subway access less convenient. Unit sizes and closet space tend to be small. While heating, water pressure, and pest control generally receive positive remarks, noise levels and neighbor interactions vary, with some renters noting loud or rude neighbors. Owner and management responsiveness is inconsistent, with delays in communication and maintenance cited. Overall, tenants value the building's amenities but urge improved management responsiveness and neighbor conduct.
