    Landlord Refused to Make Repairs For Over a Year
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Outdoor space is nice to have
    Cons:
    If you need anything repaired, the landlord will ignore your calls and emails until you start withholding rent.

    The building manager, Shuey, is a total slob. Don't let him use your toilet because he WILL leave it clogged.
    Advice to owner:
    Hire some extra maintenance staff.
