    Pros:
    High end finishes, secure USPS mail delivery, washer dryer, clean overall building, beautiful roof deck, responsive super
    Cons:
    Not all mail delivery companies realize it’s a main road(and leave packages outside - be specific in your delivery instructions!). Main road noise for lower floors and front of the building, but not terrible. Appliances are European and can be hard for management to repair as parts are hard to acquire.
