Some good some bad

Pros:
Clean, garbage disposal, empty gym must days, location is great and convenient, exterminator once’s a month.
Cons:
If you’re on the Broadway side, the train doesn’t bother me, but the club located on it does. Music extremely loud, they are open on Sundays and sometimes closed at 6am. Never a normal schedule or closed at 4am as they said. The music is so loud shakes my apt.
Advice to owner:
Club needs to go!

Noise and smoking smells, otherwise overpriced but fine

Cons:
- Gems Bar is located under the building. It's shady and the music's so loud you can hear it throughout the building.
- Building handymen suck. They broke more than they fixed. Just fix stuff yourself.
- Some people smoke heavily and it travels through the building's ventilation. Yuck.
- Generally unsafe area
- Managers are just OK. it depends on who you get and what mood they're in.

Advice to owner:
Fix the smoking, handle the noise complaints from the bar downstairs, clean the gym equipment or leave wipes in there
