Good quiet building

Pros:
Clean, responsive landlord, great super, good neighbors.
Cons:
Winters can be cold in apartment.

Pros:
Building is extremely well maintained. There is laundry on the ground floor. Super is probably the most responsive and helpful I’ve met in NYC.
Cons:
Apartment doesn’t get as much natural light, that’s really about it
