Family friendly building

Pros:
The units are fairly large with good closet space. The concierge are the best, especially Mira. And the handyman moves quickly. The building is very family friendly, it felt like everyone had a dog or a baby.
Cons:
The gym is quite old and in the basement. Some residents let their children use the hallway as a play space but aside from that, it’s very quiet.

Cons:
Common spaces look tired (old looking carpets/peeling wallpaper, etc.). Management not helpful/responsive to tenant needs
