Neighbors are quiet and friendly.

Cons

Lively part of Bushwick. Especially in the summer. Building neighbors are respectful. Block neighbors are respectful. People hanging around in cars who play music at extreme levels are not respectful - they don't care about the other people here. The streets a very dirty in this part of Brooklyn. City Street Cleaning is not a thing, no one moves their car for ASP. Dog shit and garbage are everywhere. Lots of rats. Lots of feral cats.
