    Clean, quality finishes, elevators are quick, trash is handled promptly, management is responsive, super and doormen are wonderful, neighbors are friendly, right next to public transport hub

    School next door can be loud during recess

    Pros:
    Very spacious, apartments with balconies and high end finishes. Pet friendly. Accessible to many train lines and the LIRR. Close to great restaurants, bars, target, Sephora, Chelsea piers gym. Community/ residential atmosphere
    Cons:
    During Barclay event evenings, parking can be difficult and it’s a bit busy.
    Advice to owner:
    Have the super bleach the front side walk so smells less like dog pee, thanks to irresponsible dog owners
