    Well maintained and good views

    Pros:
    Clean and friendly Good gym - Peloton Nice windows Quiet Many people own their unit so things are well maintained Good closets
    Cons:
    no true roof no 2 bedrooms noisy on 'deck' area as it's on 4th avenue
