    Nice for the area!

    Pros:
    Modern and fairly spacious apartment, laundry in basement, minimal pest issues (just ants once)
    Cons:
    Neighborhood can be dirty/chaotic
    Some maintenance requests were not answered promptly

    Decent, functional, but management isnt great

    Amazing rooftop, insane views. Newer building so minimal pest issues. Units are small and basic but functional
    Cons:
    No windows in living room/kitchens. Management is poor— they refused to paint our unit before move in so we did it ourselves and then they refused to give us our security deposit back. Bedrooms are small and closet space is minimal
    Advice to owner:
    Be better
