Rodents everywhere, raising rents too much
Former Tenant
Pros:
Unit is nice, small and love the balcony feature..
Cons:
Packages getting stolen all the time. I don’t know why this is happening so much. Not sure if it’s from our building or outsiders… it’s a small building. Rodents outside, building is not kept clean. They are raising rents a lot. Rodents everywhere in front of the building It takes a long time to get fixed on something.

Great landlord, great building, ok area
Former Tenant
Pros:
Accommodating landlord, reasonably priced(in comparison to market), no pet fee, great appliances, very responsive to issues and repairs, warm and insulated (I’ve only needed to turn on the heat for a few days the entire winter and as a result the apartment is never too dry), pretty sound proof and can barely hear neighbors unless they are in the hallway. Convenient location walkable to M J and L train with multiple diverse grocery stores nearby.
Cons:
The block is right next to a car audio shop and the street party can get really crazy even for the standard of Bushwick. Heavy bass music will go on to 3-4 am during weekends and holidays. The vent is connected through the whole building and neighbors regularly hotbox and the smell will be very strong in your room especially in the kitchen and bathroom, not really something the landlord can help with even though they try.
