Pros:
Location was excellent. Close to subway, on top of grocery store.
Cons:
Heat frequently stopped working, management provided space heaters. We had a big water leak in our apartment because windows were not properly sealed so rain/ snow got in. Main CON was I had a huge black mold issue in my apartment that went untreated for months while I became very ill.

Pros:
Rooftop view, washer dryer in unit, doorman, package room.
Cons:
Management is unresponsive and disrespectful. In the 10 months that I’ve lived here, I’ve had an ongoing leak in my bathroom ceiling for 8 months. The gym has been closed for 5 months due to mold. My rent has not been reduced due to any of these issues. Multiple tenants have complained about leaks, mold, broken heaters amongst other things. In my six years of living in New York City, I’ve never experienced this before.
