Solid rent stabilized but not perfect

Pros

The price is pretty decent for the neighborhood. I have a washer/dryer and dishwasher in my unit and like the layout of it. The on site staff are very nice. My windows are south facing and I get a lot of natural light. I can't really hear my neighbors much.

Cons

The electric heat has become so costly. The gym is not well maintained, broken machines and it always smells a bit weird.

Not the best

Pros

Location was excellent. Close to subway, on top of grocery store.

Cons

Heat frequently stopped working, management provided space heaters. We had a big water leak in our apartment because windows were not properly sealed so rain/ snow got in. Main CON was I had a huge black mold issue in my apartment that went untreated for months while I became very ill.
