Great amenity building overall

Pros:
Lived Great kitchen and bath design. Washer/dryer in unit is the best! Large windows for the units in the front of the windows.
Cons:
You can smell the weed your neighbors smoke coming through the vent!!! Hated that soo much!!!! Heating bill tends to be high - not the most energy efficient. Only way to contact management is via email.

Mgmt does not answer. The building could be on fire and they won’t respond. Text, email, doesn’t matter, they will not answer. Completely MIA
