its OK but management lacks on maintenance
Former Tenant
Pros:
It is a new building that remains cold during the summer months despite having a lot of sunlight during the day. There is laundry in the basement
Cons:
The laundry in the basement will stain your clothes as management does not property painting the single washing machine they have and the dryers as well.
There is no elevator
They take a long time to come and fix more complicated issues, our stove broke and it took them 2 months for to fix it.
The floor in the hallway is damaged due to water because the balcony door does not close properly I have been living here for 1 year and they have not come to fix it.
Sometimes your packages will disappear from the lobby area.
You can hear everything even from units that are not on your floor.
We had yellow water for months and 311 wouldn't fix and building management would say it was a city issue. So this issue was not resolved.
