    A Gem in BK Heights
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    153 Remsen is a wonderful building with very friendly staff. The units are clean and the shared amenity space is very nice.
    Cons:
    Although a concrete core, we did have an issue with noise from a neighbor - the bedrooms are next to each other.
