The apartments are nice. There is an elevator. Cool roof.
Cons
Something is always broken and the management is extremely unresponsive. We had a mold issue in our HVAC units for 3 months. We had to keep pestering management over and over again for this. Our heating and cooling units also broke on multiple occasions, and we were left without heat during December for over a week due to management not responding. The building’s gas was off due to a leak for almost 2 weeks. Again, management not working on it fast enough. One or both of the washing drying units in the basement is always broken. Update: on the second to last day of our lease while we were in the process of moving out, we arrive at our apartment to find all of our belongings gone. Most of them were in the garbage room in garbage bags ready to get tossed. This is absolutely insane as our lease was not yet over. Please do not live in this slumlord apartment.
