Nice space, but a tad overpriced
Pros
I liked how sunny the space was and had enough room in the living space for a kitchen table Good location for public transportation Very sweet and nice supers
Cons
No Furniture on the roof even though that was promised when we signed on as a perk (justifying some of the price). Smaller bedrooms and very small closets. Slow and often broken elevator The gym is small and the equipment is broken a good amount of the time. Right next to the BQE so the balconies get quiet dirty from that and is very loud with the cars going by. The management company completely priced a ton of the neighbors out of their spaces and often having people coming and going from the building due to the price.
