Stole my security deposit

Pros

Cute building, very clean, great trash management. Nice, friendly neighbors.

Cons

WILL NOT RETURN YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT WITHOUT REASON (apartment was in perfect condition after move out and the notice period for citing any damages passed). I’m currently in small claims court with them. A little far from the L. Sometimes the laundry machines steal your money. Really unresponsive management. Confusing rent portal that only works with one person's email even if you have multiple people paying rent.
