    Pros:
    Apartment faces the beach
    Cons:
    The noise and constant hoodrat parties on the rooftop, you will not get any rest here. Elevators are dirty and they used to sweep and mop the floors now they don't. The neighbors are loud and there's no consideration.
    Advice to owner:
    Hire security to do sweeps of the building at night and after 10 pm
