    Our unit was nice
    Good location, close to supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, etc.
    Cons:
    Overpriced
    Bad trash management
    stolen packages
    Building management is not responsive

    Generally good unit, but poor management response

    The building has a functional gym and a great rooftop

    Management response is slow
    Building construction is poor with all the rooms being really cold during winter
    Repairs take longer than usual with leaking ceilings for months
