Modern building but limited laundry

Nice luxury building in north greenpoint

Pros:
- Clean and modern building - Very responsive super - Package room available and no package thefts while I’ve lived here - Beautiful rooftop with great views of Manhattan
Cons:
- Intercom buzzer is super loud on lowest volume - Rent increased a fair amount after a year - Issues with the elevator for a few months but eventually resolved
