Not much to complain about!
Pros
Responsive management, very good super, not too far away from 3/4 train, close to park, accept dogs.
Cons
Occasional trash piling in front of the building but not necessarily our building’s trash. Minor fruit flies infestation once but was dealt with quickly.
Overall a Good 3 Year Stay

Live in super, monthly pest control, soundproof floors, building laundry, no package theft, rent stabilized
Cons
Laundry room was constantly dirty, crazy male neighbor who abused his dog and screamed late at night, no response to the occasional bathroom ceiling leak, dog owners in the area let their dogs poop near the front of the building and its never cleaned, one summer we had a drain fly infestation on one floor and residents were left to deal with it
Advice to the owners
Be more attentive to cleanliness in common areas and take pest control more seriously
