Overall a Good 3 Year Stay

Pros:
Live in super, monthly pest control, soundproof floors, building laundry, no package theft, rent stabilized
Cons:
Laundry room was constantly dirty, crazy male neighbor who abused his dog and screamed late at night, no response to the occasional bathroom ceiling leak, dog owners in the area let their dogs poop near the front of the building and its never cleaned, one summer we had a drain fly infestation on one floor and residents were left to deal with it
Advice to owner:
Be more attentive to cleanliness in common areas and take pest control more seriously

Trash rooms on each floor would fill quickly, needs new solution
lived in the unit next to the trash room and had german roaches a bunch of times
