Had to endure constant weed smoke from neighbor who harassed the leasing office but the management still demanded an enormous fee to break lease They didn’t evict , tried to help but couldn’t take adequate measures and just let it be Someone tried to walk in Ceiling floods Bad commercial unsafe neighborhood Horrible neighbors (beware of influencers and entitled pet owners, some apartments are for housing lottery) Floors are cheap , it’s pretty stuffy Google reviews are being asked to write for a free hat at community events fyi

I am on a mid-level floor and it's mild. Practices are more in the evenings from 3-10pm. I'm very noise sensitive and it doesn't bother me. Might be louder on low floors.
