gentrifier building trash issues

Pros

close to the subway (right outside the 2/5) great neighbors

Cons

the trash room is in the basement which means that if you do not have a cat you have roaches no matter how much you clean. the utilities are really expensive bc we're pretty sure they just divide the utilities for the whole building rather than individual units

Advice to the owners

make a trash space outside & clean the hallways!

Cons

Dirty building, never been cleaned inside, dumpster outside of building rarely emptied, build up of sewage water in front of building, rats in walls, fowl smell in basement and outside of building

Advice to the owners

Please come clean the building & ensure trash is picked up on every trash day
