Decent place worth the price.

Pros:
Neighbors were friendly, good price, good space for the cost, rent stabilized, friendly landlord.
Cons:
If you only know english you will feel isolated, english is mostly a secondary language in the building and area in general. The units with Balconies can feel a draft in the winter and if your neighbors smoke you will smell it in your unit.

Pros: very clean, nice helpful super, elevator always works, nice courtyard space, gym
Cons:
Cons: too pricey, management doesn’t resolve issues, have to pay all utilities separate
