    - Relatively good access to Barclays for subway
    - Rent stabilized
    Cons:
    Building management can kind of be unresponsive. We're in the process of getting a new super, so your maintenance requests won't be addressed unless you pester them.

    Building is fine, but wouldn’t live there again

    Pros:
    Building maintenance is not great, management is awful. Could be cleaner. Location is great in a quiet block near 5th ave, and a short walk to Atlantic Ave subway. Neighbors are polite. Packages are safe in a package room.
    Cons:
    The walls are paper thin. You can hear everything from the neighbors next door, even conversations. Feels like the construction is extremely cheap.
    The concierge is only there during certain hours.
    Advice to owner:
    Hall floors need to be vacuumed more frequently.
