    Beautiful building but have questions

    Architecture, Design, views
    Cons:
    Construction under the windows, G train is really not the best train at all, transportation is bad, management doesn't respond for a 5-7 days, work up because of the noise in the hallway.
    Advice to owner:
    Response faster to the tenants
