Modern looking interior design. Super and workers are responsive. The common area were maintained pretty well,
Sound proof is not that great. The wall is kinda thin. I could hear people talking from across the hallway. I don’t know how to describe that AC/heater but it eats bill crazy. I never paid that much electric bill at other place.
