Great Place to Live

Pros

Management was very responsive if there was an issue of which there were few. Roof deck is spectacular and so was the space in my apartment. You could sometimes hea the neighbors, but the sound proofing was actually decent.

Cons

Washer and dryer in the basement barely works, but you are two doors down from a laundromat which is fine. Elevator only goes to the 2nd floor, walkup for every other floor.

Advice to the owners

Add more washers and dryers to the building.

Pros

Great management team that is very responsive. Maintenance is quickly scheduled. Apartment was quiet, respectful neighbors Close to train stations, good location Apartment had newer fixtures and central AC
