“Luxury Building” but is just a scam

Cons

Heating is a problem in the winter. Air con is a problem in the summer. Krystal, the building manager, never responds to problems. There is literally a group in the building that meets to discuss all the problems in the building There are never cushions in public spaces. The automatic doors stay open way too long which is a major safety issue. Packages are often stolen. In unit washer dryers are inefficient. Electric bills are sky high. Close to $1000 a month.

My stovetop is okay, but my oven takes a while to stay lit. I think it’s a combo of gas flow consistency and probably gunk buildup. It’s not much of an inconvenience at this time for me.
