Not gonna worth the price
Pros
Clean building. Wifi
Cons
Rent increased by 800 dollars. Water leaks. Neighbors party almost everyday making noise. Management/landlord won't do anything about it but try to argue with you especially when you won't renew the lease. Forced me to show my place to people almost 2 months before I move out regardless of my concerns of being exposed to Covid saying Covid is over. They try to have new tenants very next day after I move out.
Advice to the owners
Stop being rude when you call your tenants specially when you are asking for a favor to show the occupied place. It won't cost any money to be polite.
